OUR SALES TEAM
The team have years of experience in selling a wide range of properties from large rural stations to family homes. We also work with many investors guiding them with their property transactions.
We closely work with a group of qualified tradespeople and have helped many owners prepare their property for sale. In some instances, with out of town owners, overseeing considerable renovations and value adding for our clients.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our experienced property manager has been in the industry since 2015. Our passion is assisting tenants to find their next place to call home and minimising vacancy for landlords. We strive to select the best tenant for your property, following up with regular inspections, maintenance and keeping up to date with current legislation.
Communication as the top priority, you will be regularly updated with your investment property. Our property manager also owns her own home and knows just how precious your investment is.
